Kitchen Sink Pasta


Kitchen Sink Pasta

The fun part about this dish is that you can add different amounts of the different elements to your liking!


Ingredients:

-One package of your choice of pasta

-Bella Sun Luci Sundried tomatoes with Olive Oil and Italian Herbs

-White Mushrooms

-Chopped fresh garlic

-Marinated Artichokes

-Organic Spinach

-Pre-cooked or fresh chicken

-Parmesan Cheese

-Olive oil

-Salt and pepper


Pasta:

1) Fill pot 3/4 of the way with water. Bring water to a boil on medium/high heat. Add pasta once water has come to a boil. Follow the instructed cooking time on the pasta's packaging.

2) Once pasta is cooked to your liking, strain water out with a strainer and put pasta pack into the pot.


Mushrooms:

1) Spray pan with cooking spray and heat on medium heat. Wash white mushrooms with water, then chop to the size of your liking. Add mushrooms to pan, and sauté until browned or to you liking.


Spinach:

1)Spray pan with cooking spray and heat on medium heat. Throw in one to two handfuls of fresh spinach and sauté.


Chicken:

1) This dish is great to make use of leftover chicken, or grill some fresh chicken to add into the mix!


Putting the dish together:

Add desired amounts of spinach, artichokes, sun-dried tomatoes, mushrooms, fresh garlic (about 1 tablespoon recommended) and chicken. Mix in 1 tablespoon of olive oil, a few dashes of salt and pepper, and top if off with some parmesan cheese.
